Terms of Use

By downloading or using SimpanLah you agree to these terms, together with Apple's Standard End User Licence Agreement. SimpanLah is made by Settlez (YST Studio), Malaysia.

1. What SimpanLah is

SimpanLah helps you set saving goals and keep track of money you set aside. It does not hold, move or invest money, and it is not a bank or financial service. Your money always stays in your own accounts.

2. Not financial advice

Targets, quests, tips and insights in the app are general guidance only and are not financial advice.

3. Your data

You're responsible for the amounts you enter. Keep your own records of important amounts. See our Privacy Policy for how data is handled.

4. SimpanLah Premium

• Premium is an auto-renewing subscription: monthly (RM 4.90) or yearly (RM 39.90). Prices may change; you'll be told before any increase applies to you.
• The yearly plan may include a free trial for new subscribers. If you don't cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription starts and you're charged.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel in your iPhone Settings: your name, Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

5. Quests and rewards

XP, levels, badges and buddy rewards are for fun and motivation only. They have no money value and can't be exchanged or sold.

6. Fair use

Don't misuse the app, try to break or copy it, or use it for anything unlawful.

7. Availability and liability

We work hard to keep SimpanLah working well, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent allowed by law, we're not liable for indirect losses from using the app.

8. Changes and law

We may update these terms and will tell you in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
